Welcome to SeopexFlow.

These terms govern your use of the SeopexFlow website, application and related services, provided by SeopexFlow (سيوبكس فلو), a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt, referred to in this document as “SeopexFlow” or “we”.

By using the platform, creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Acceptance of terms

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the paid services. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential.

Some features or integrations may require you to accept additional terms, which will be explained when you use them.

Description of the service

SeopexFlow is a platform for analyzing and improving growth across traditional search engines and AI-powered search systems.

Depending on your plan and the features available, the services include:

• Discovering demand, queries and growth opportunities.
• Measuring brand visibility across supported AI platforms.
• Analyzing competitors, entities and content gaps.
• Recommendations and improvement opportunities ranked by priority.
• Creating and improving content with AI.
• Internal linking tools and page cannibalization analysis.
• Programmatic page generation (pSEO) on eligible plans.
• Performance tracking, reporting and impact analysis.

Usage limits and features vary by subscription. Some operations may depend on the availability of external data providers.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your login details.
• All activity carried out through your account or the accounts of your authorized team members.
• Having the permissions needed to analyze websites and connect data sources.
• The accuracy of the data you provide to the platform.
• Reviewing results, content and recommendations before using or publishing them.

You must tell us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and payments

SeopexFlow offers paid subscriptions, including Starter, Pro, Agency and Enterprise, at the prices and limits shown at the time of purchase.

The subscription price, billing frequency and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before you confirm payment.

If your plan renews automatically, you agree to be charged the renewal fee at the start of the next billing cycle unless you cancel the renewal before it is due.

Prices may change in the future. We will explain changes affecting existing subscriptions before they apply, as required by law.

Eligible Founding Beta subscribers may keep a special price under the published offer terms.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your billing settings, where available, or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel:

• Automatic renewal stops for future periods.
• Access to paid services continues until the end of the paid period, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Cancellation alone does not trigger an automatic refund of fees paid.
• You may lose access to features and credits linked to the subscription once it ends.

Refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

Data Credits and AI Credits

The platform uses a credit system to manage resource consumption.

• Data Credits: used to fetch, analyze and refresh data from external sources.
• AI Credits: used to run AI operations.

Monthly credits are set by your plan and are reallocated at the start of each subscription cycle under the applicable credit policy.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over to a later cycle unless your plan says otherwise.

Purchased add-on credits do not expire while your subscription remains active, under the published credit purchase terms.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted into money.

Consumption rules and usage limits are shown before running operations that require credits, as far as the platform allows.

AI-generated content

SeopexFlow may use third-party AI models to produce content, recommendations or analysis.

Outputs may contain errors, inaccurate information or conclusions that need human verification.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them, including checking accuracy, intellectual property rights and compliance with applicable law.

We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or entirely free of similarity to other content.

SEO and AI Search results

SeopexFlow provides analysis tools and recommendations based on the data available.

Results may vary because of competition, changes in search systems, data quality, execution and other factors outside our control.

Estimates and forecasts are presented as estimates, not guarantees.

Third-party integrations

The platform may let you connect services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, WordPress and others.

Your use of these services is governed by their providers’ terms and policies.

You are responsible for granting the appropriate permissions, and you can disconnect them as the platform allows.

Some functions may be affected if an external integration stops working or its API or limits change.

Acceptable use

You may not use SeopexFlow for:

• Unauthorized access to websites or accounts.
• Misusing APIs or exceeding their limits.
• Creating illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Distributing malware or carrying out disruptive activity.
• Trying to disrupt the platform or circumvent the credit and billing systems.
• Collecting or using personal data unlawfully.
• Using automation to create misleading content or impersonate others.

We may restrict accounts that breach these terms, using measures proportionate to the nature of the breach. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out these rules in detail.

Intellectual property

SeopexFlow and its software, interfaces, designs, trademarks and technology remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You keep your rights in the data and original content you provide to the platform.

You grant us a limited license to process the content and data you provide to the extent needed to run the service and provide its functions.

Rights to use AI-generated outputs are subject to applicable law and the AI model providers’ terms, and we do not guarantee exclusive ownership rights in all outputs.

Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a stable and secure service, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted.

We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes to features. We will give appropriate notice of material changes that adversely affect paid services, as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeopexFlow is not liable for indirect losses or expected profits not realized as a result of relying on the platform’s recommendations or AI outputs.

Nothing in these terms limits liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer rights where they apply.

Account suspension and termination

We may temporarily suspend access in the event of security risks, a serious breach of these terms or non-payment of amounts due.

When a subscription ends, access to some data and features may stop. Data export and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or technical changes.

We will publish the updated version with its effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes where required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rules that apply to the user.

Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any binding agreements, if any.
